Jerking in transmission in reverse on level ground.

Jeep Wrangler 2021 Jeep wrangler 108000 miles
I just bought a used 2021 jeep Wrangler. I've never owned a jeep before. After it sits overnight or after work when I shift it in reverse it jerks so hard I feel it under my feet. It's on level ground. I let it idol down before I put it in reverse. It just does it the first time after sitting. The other gears are fine. It only does this after sitting awhile. I took it back to the dealer but it wouldn't do it. I told them it only does it after it sits awhile. Can someone please help me? It didn't come with a hand book either. Should I change transmission filter and fluid? Is it the transmission going bad?

Low transmission fluid causes jerking or rough gear changes.

I agree. Low fluid. Check the fluid level and add if necessary.

Top up clutch oil aswell and always press bit hard break padel or do double press the break paddle and shift in R

I just had the transmission fluid changed. It's a enclosed transmission. They had to suck the fluid out and refill it. I took it back to the dealer they SAID IT WAS NORMAL. Really. It's a automatic transmission when it drops into third gear it also jerks. I live in a very small mountain town in N.C. no one else works or looks at jeeps.
