Radio, Bluetooth, navigation has no sound. Checked all sound controls and still nothing

Powers on, reads “No Factory”? No sound. The CD player won’t work either. Anybody?

Sounds like it needs the Factory Code. Check the documentation that came with the truck. I have to enter the code every time I disconnect the battery.
