Overheating

Ford Mustang 1999 Convertable  220000 miles
Brand New Water pump, intake manifold, thermostat, fuel injectors, spark plugs, radiator, radiator hose, radiator cap, intake gasket, and coolant. Currently coolant is drained, but whenever I drive my car within a few hours, all my coolant is gone. My engine overheats and spews coolant from the radiator cap at boiling temps.

I'm thinking I may have a blown head gasket, car runs fine, just a stupid overheating issue. Anyone have any experience with this issue?
