When i first bought my car, the auto lights from bright to regular worked fine until it got colder and it snowed or there was frost on my car. It would turn on or off at anytime - it once turned the bright lights as a car was coming toward me - turned out it was a police officer but thankfully he didn't pull me over. I took it to the dealership twice and was accused of doing it myself by 2 mechanics!. Needless to say, even after I showed them a video of what it was doing, they were clueless. They wanted to tear apart the steering column and dash - No, thank you! I ended up shutting the feature off and I manually turn the brights on/off. Just curious if it is just my car or a Traverse issue?

Air Conditioner and Cooling Fans engage almost immediately after the Vehicle is started and won't stop until the ignition is turned off.

The instrument cluster backlighting (odometer and gear position display) is significantly dim, especially in daylight conditions. Checks already performed: Panel dimmer control set to maximum (no change). Headlights ON/OFF does not affect brightness. DOME / interior light settings not related. No intermittent behavior; issue is constant. No cluster-related warning messages. Technical observation: The issue appears to be related to instrument cluster illumination, most likely: Aging / weakened cluster LEDs, or Reduced illumination output despite correct dimmer input from BCM. My dome lights do not come on when the door is opened and oddly my driver side dim headlight goes out when the daylight sensor indicates it's dark out. Odometer is also too dim during the day to read but when dark out brightens. Are all these connected to the daylight sensor or the driver side control panel? I've changed the bulb, replaced fuses and about ordered headlight electrical harness but thought I'd better narrow this in first.

Fyi do want matter what my headlight switch is on the problem presist.
