Dashboard lights go off and on when driving. I just had a new battery installed thought that would solve my problem

When driving and trying to accelerate quickly it loses engine power and throws a warning light. Possible causes?

I have a problem with my Equinox, which indicates that the engine is warm and thus the air conditioning turns off. The truth is that the engine is working fine and I cannot find why the message appears. Does anyone know how to fix it? Do I need to change any sensor?

My 2006 Equinox has a miss in it sometimes. But check engine light does not come on. And no fault codes. A friend told me it may be the throttle Control Module. Does anyone know?

So, i have a 2012 Equinox and the autostart won't work. Did all the systems/door/lock/hood latch checks. Changed the battery in the key fob and used the back up remote. You can hear the car getting ready to start, you can hear the enging clicking and trying to engage to turn the engine over, but it doesn't. So now what? Do I take it to a dealer and pay hundreds of dollars for a scan cause the engine light is on and coincidentally autostart doesn't work? Do I have to buy a new autostart? I paid of $3,000 for the extended GMPP plan and does this fall under the warranty? I just got the suv back from the dealership after a week of them having it. What can I do from home, and if I can't figure it out then what?

Check engine light remote start wont work

I have an Equinox van 2006 and it has happened many times to me that the TC light turns on and, consequently, the vehicle stalls and it won't start again. Can anyone help me please?

The ABS and TC indicators started turning on and activating, and thus when braking it feels rather rough and noisy.The wiring has been checked and, after the sensors were cleaned, it worked properly but only for two days. Thanks for anyone's help.

Check Engine light came on after picking it up from the dealership after a connector was replaced. Taken in the next day due to it was after hours. They kept the car for 2 weeks, resetting the light and letting it run for hours at times and driving on the road. However no codes show up. They checked the gas cap when we dropped it off. However we had the cap replaced less than 3 months ago. Light is still on! But Chevy has no idea what it is. Any suggestions?

My wife was driving her 2015 chevy equinox. We had some snow on the ground and the traction control light comes on. The the traction control light goes on the radio screen went black. The radio screen goes back on.

I have just bought my Equinox and I have already found many failures: the ABS indicator turns on and no one can tell me why, the interior plastics are disgusting and break too easily, and it has a terribly high gas consumption, as if it were 8 cylinders.

I noticed the other day when I opened up my engine fuse compartment that the Midi fuse at front of fuse boxis missing completely. Online it said its a 80 amp midi muse that controls the power steering. On this website (StartMyCar) it said it was a 55 amp midi fuse that controls the power steering. I have also come across another website that claims the power steering in my vehicle is hydraulic and does not run off a midi fuse. Could anyone confirm or dispute any of this information. P0304 Strong shaking in the engine, check engine light flashing

Did remote start, lights flashed, then nothing. Got in vehicle, no power to anything. Tested a 2 month old battery and good.

I have changed both of my ABS sensors but my stabilitrack is still saying that it needs to be serviced. What other part can I replace or do maintenance on to make the ABS light go off?

When I come to a complete stop and the auto stop shuts the engine off at say a red light and when I let off the break to drive a pop can be heard and I lose all electrical and after I let it sit for a little bit I will be able to start it again. Can anybody help me figure out what could be the issue and how to fix it?

I had a 2023 Equinox as my work vehicle. After driving it a while, it would just lose power and die. After about 10 minutes, it would start back up. The dealership told me that it was the turbo booster. It would heat up and shut the car down. Most of the time I have worked for this company I have had all chevy vehicles. The last really great equinox I had was a 2017 and I never had it go to the shop. After it reached 125,000 miles my company sold the car and my niece and her husband bought it. Drove it for several more years after being transferred to Germany and sold it there. The worst problem was when we took the 2023 to the shop, the check engine light wouldn't be on by the time we took it in and there was no code to read so they didn't ever do anything to fix the problem.

Why does my engine light turn on and off randomly at times? My car seems to be running fine, but at times my engine light just comes on and then it randomly shuts off.

The check engine light is on , at first it would come on and go off right around when I would get gas , I didn’t pay attention to mileage, now it’s on more consistently however when I filled it recently it would go off , at around 3/4 tank full then come back on around 1/4 tank. When I search it, the code it’s not in the OBD and it gives a generic for multiple things , I skimmed the options of what could be and came up with maybe a bad vapor fuel sensor thing, something with the canister or something with the evap …. . . However multiple mechanics couldn’t give me a clear answer …. I have no idea what to do as far as fixing the problem I don’t want to spend thousands ….

Tried again, this time it engine started, I drove 30 ft, Equinox stalled. I pushed start button and it over cranked again and again with out me holding start button. It did start then stalled. I put in neutral and backed down the driveway hill. The ck engine light came on. The aux battery would not turn off. Pressing lock on the car nor the fab did not turn off the aux battery nor the interior dash components nor set the alarm. My car's rpm is unstable when I stop at a red light. The rpm goes up and down until it turns off.
