There is a shaft that comes from the engine and then there is another one that comes out of it and goes to the wheels. Through a set of gears, it moves at different speeds even when the engine moves at just one constant speed, so it takes advantage of the engine's power. They may be manual or automatic.
It always shakes very badly when in the parking shift position, and I had changed the engine mount, spark plug and transmission fluid already, and always change the engine oil regularly.
When the car is being put in drive or reverse it jerks very hard and shifts gear very late with very hard jerk did change the gear box twice still the same why can I do please help
Send the tcm to reprogramm or diagnostic. Tcm in the mazda 3 2.3l is over the gearbox under the battery. The excesive heat makes them malfunction. Or so they say. I moved mine to the firewall.
Hey I've tried to look for it but never found is there any way I could get in touch with you so you could guide me btw it's 1.6L and it's a GCC spec with doch engine

My car will not start at times, making a clicking noise. The AT light has now added itself to my 'Christmas tree of lights I currently have on my dash🙄. It shifts hard coming out of park into reverse and shifting when in automatic mode. I found that it doesn't do it when in manual mode. I know my air intake needs to be replaced but I think it is my TCM that could be causing the problem 🤷🏼♀️.
