It is made up of an electrode (the tip where the spark burns), a metallic nut, a white ceramic insulator, and a connector the spark plug's wire is connected to. It is tightened around the cylinder head. The engine usually has one spark plug per cylinder.
When i start my car it cranks but doesn't spark, when i removed my coils to see if the is a spark it only spark once,i tried changing the crank sensor but still no spark, i checked all my fuse all of them are working but still have no spark, so i was hoping to get advice from you coz i seriously need help all the mechanics are failing to find the issue about my car
It always shakes very badly when in the parking shift position, and I had changed the engine mount, spark plug and transmission fluid already, and always change the engine oil regularly.
Experiencing hesitation during acceleration. Just cleaned fuel injectors. Ignition coil and spark plug is good. Cleaned the throttle body and still experiencing same issue. Just changed the atf and filter also the fuel filter.
I purchased this used car and after couple of months started the problem as whenever i stopped it on red light or slow down in traffic it started to accelerate upto 2000 rpm and when stopped properly started to shake. When checked by mechanic it showed misfire problem, air too lean. After couple of visit to mechanic, changed spark plugs, changed injector of cylinder 1 where misfire occurred. And twice the purge valve. It worked well until the next service and again the same problem started to occur. Few days back when checked again with OBD2 scanner it showed lean air fault even though there is no vacuum leak or anything else. Don't know what to do now.
