How do I fill the fluid for my transmission or even check the levels of it

Shifting high, seems to have a hard time getting above 50mph. Will, but doesn't like it. Gives kind of a whine/groan, RPMs riding about 35-3800 at 45mph, about 4200 at 55mph. Won't take it faster for concern of the car. Feels a bit like it's looking for a higher gear but can't find it. Missing/worn teeth? Think StopSlip could get me by for a while?

My car barely moves back when put in reverse and will not move at all, at a slight increase (up hill)

Check engine light on says 3 gear

Does not shift stay on the first gear only

Does not go above 30mph when driving has no transmission leaks at all transmission fluid is normal this just happened as soon as I got an oil change it started being delayed going into second gear

Heading home after picking up the wife from her work one night and the van just kicks its self out of gear. I managed to get it back into gear for another block and that was it. Had it towed home. Two weeks later I was checking it out, started it up with a loud whining noise but it jumped into gear backed it up and pulled it forward and down it went again. My cheap OBD2 scanner read out that the ECM and the TCM was not communicating with each other. It has tranny fluid in it. I'm not sure if it could be the transmission it self or one of if not both of the cv axles or maybe the TCM.

I havent changed my output and input speed sensors, could they be a cause for limp mode? I changed trans pressure solenoid, tcc solenoid, transmission filter and trans fluid. Anybody, anybody?

Vehicle: 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. My vehicle originally had only one problem: the passenger-side HVAC blend door actuator was faulty, causing hot air to come out of the passenger-side vents. There were no other electrical or mechanical issues before I removed the dashboard. I removed the dashboard to replace the blend door actuator. Before reinstalling the dashboard completely, I turned the ignition switch to the ON position to test all vehicle systems. When slowing down the car gets jumpy as if it was a manual transmission and I forgot to push the clutch as I was breaking.

Just changed motor now it won't shift at 40 mph n transmission slips
