Can't find head light fuse

Front turn signals don't work when head lights are on

2011 dodge grand caravan windshield wipers are automatically stuck on as well with the head lights, and the cluster is completely dead, blinkers do not work.

I've been fighting brake light issues for 4 years. I replace the bulb, it works then a week or month later they aren't working again. Should I go to junk yard and replace the whole unit? Im lost on this problem.

All indicators on the dashboard go off, then the headlights come on and wipers start working.

Dash lights only work in parking light mode with switch mid-way. When switch is on headlight mode (full turn) dash lights turn off and only parking lights work. Brights work if I pull and hold the lever towards me but if I release it they go off.

Daytime running lights off when driving, low beam headlight not active

When unlocking the door with transmitter the headlights come on. Can I disable the lights coming on?

Even with a new bulb in, the right turn signal does not work. It lights up faintly when the hazard lights are on.
