I've been fighting brake light issues for 4 years. I replace the bulb, it works then a week or month later they aren't working again. Should I go to junk yard and replace the whole unit? Im lost on this problem.
When I start driving for the day, the display shows my backing camera when I’m in reverse and radio options in drive. After I accelerate or brake less than VERY gently, the screen either goes black (not off, black but still illuminated/on) or it runs horizontal lines of black and gray. Upon starting the next morning, the display screen is back to normal 60% of the time. What’s up? Loose connection? Fuse? Scanning the fuse diagram to grasp at straws. Any information is greatly appreciated.
Can’t help much but I can tell you it gets worse. The same thing happened to me in my 2013 recently. It’d been happening for a while but got worse progressively. Same stuff with the breaks, the flashing, all of it. And after slowly dying out it shut off completely. The screen is completely useless at this point. Blue tooth still works yet nothing will play. I thought it might’ve been fuse related as well. Took it to a mechanic and they want to replace the whole thing. So act soon
Most of the time it's a wheel speed sensor with the abs light. As long as the brake light isn't on with abs then you more than likely have a wheel speed sensor bad very seldom does the abs module cause this problem
My Van vibrates after reaching to 100 km/h mark. The vibration starts at 100 and keep until 120. After that it cools down and by 130 it goes away. Changed the brakes, tires, rotors and lol that. But nothing helps
