Rough idle rattling in engine spark plugs have been changed

P once I cut it off I have a little hard time cutting it back on but once I cut it back on it's on until I cut it back off and sometimes it'll just cut on cut off without a problem

Dash lights are dim all the time when lights are on.
Control does not dim or brighten lights
