P once I cut it off I have a little hard time cutting it back on but once I cut it back on it's on until I cut it back off and sometimes it'll just cut on cut off without a problem

I have the exact same truck. With the exact same problem. I haven’t quite figured out why yet, but what I did to keep it running longer, was to start the truck, look under the steering column and cut the white wire with the blue stripe. It will disable the passlock system. But you will permanently have the passlock light on the dash.
