Revolutions drop

Chevrolet Camaro 1985  500000 miles
When starting the vehicle, it takes longer than usual to warm up and, when the engine starts running, revolutions drop to the point of almost stalling. Then it normalizes and the failure appears again when changing to 2nd gear. I was told it must be the carburator, but it was replaced and it keeps doing the same. The last problem the car has presented was that the turbo broke down, can that have affected it?

Check the IAC valve with a multimeter. That is the valve that controls the revolutions and helps the transmission.
