Sound goes in and out

The sound on the radio goes in and out. It doesn't matter if this is the am/fm, tape player, CD player or what. It still goes in and out. I would like to know why this could be. The fuse and ignition switch are fine.

My battery had a low voltage. Even though the battery would start the car, it was only at 11 volts. When I charged the battery fully, the problem went away.

Every morning when I go out and start my van. There is this whirring noise that comes from the US passenger side of the engine (left when standing at the front of the engine with the hood open). I have brought it to mechanics but by the time I get there it stops. It starts about 5 seconds after I start the engine. Then stops after I drive a bit

Check the EGR vent tube. It's the metal tubing that goes in the top of the motor and connects in the back of the motor. Ours did the same noise alin the same area and it ended up being the vent tube being completely clogged. If it's clogged in yours, just remove the tube, replace gaskets if needed, spray both ends with carb cleaner. It's gonna be super gross and spray black crud everywhere so prepare an area you don't care about and wear clothes you don't care about or ope cuz the mess definitely gets everywhere

When I push the brakes sounds like a blowing sound, but after a while it disappears. I change the brake booster, bleed the brakes, change the brake pads and the sound still

Van won’t start, no lights come on and no click.

Wipers don't move or work

During night time driving i needed to get gas i, i was charging something into a 12V cigarette lighter. I stopped at the truck stop to get gas, btw while driving at night i had running lights and the the wipers did work. Anyways I ran into the gas station had turned the van off then paid for my fuel. Got into my van and I had heard a sound like a pop sound. Didn't think much about it. When I fueled up, i got into my van. I had traffic flashing at me to turn on my headlights.
