Clicking in dashboard with flashing indicator symbols. Ie ABS and seat Solved

When I shut the car off, there is a clicking sound in the dashboard and the start up indicator lights blink.

My battery had a low voltage. Even though the battery would start the car, it was only at 11 volts. When I charged the battery fully, the problem went away.

I bought low beam headlights for my 2012 Town & Country last year and neither one of them are working. I have to drive around with my highbeams on what could be the problem.
