It is made up of a special ceramic filter that, if there are any contaminant gases, transforms them chemically into gases that are less harmful, such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water vapor. It usually reaches very high temperatures. Its usage is mandatory by law.
While driving, mainly slow speeds (40 and under), the car jerks like there is a transmission problem but it is not shifting at the time.

Found this site, thought I would ask. Everything else is great, no problems. The alternator died just recently and was replaced, and the front motor mount was found to be cracked and was replaced.
