Jerking motion while driving - occasionally
Chrysler Town and Country 2012 Touring 248000 miles
While driving, mainly slow speeds (40 and under), the car jerks like there is a transmission problem but it is not shifting at the time.
One engine code - a possible inefficient catalytic converter, but that has been on there for a while.
Found this site, thought I would ask. Everything else is great, no problems. The alternator died just recently and was replaced, and the front motor mount was found to be cracked and was replaced.

My 2015 T/C does the same thing. What causes this and what is the possible. Cure

Fails to start occasionally
