I have been hearing a weird noise coming from the dash area. I took it to the dealer and they could not hear it. It is not very loud. If I turn on the air or radio it drowns it out. Once I reach 5 miles and hour the road noise drowns it out. It has been going on for about a month and it does not seem to be getting worse. I planning a 2000 mile trip soon and I want to make sure this nothing serious. I have a video file that I will try to upload here and I plan on visiting the dealership tomorrow. Any suggestions? the horn won't stop sounding

Makes a noise almost like when you’re on the highway, and getting out to the side. It has those things that wake you up if you falling sleep, and vibrates. Just like if you run over those rumble strips, but it feels like it’s coming from my rear tires.

No radio sound until it warms up

The sound is a low rhythmic thump/"limp"/roar that matches the speed Im going but it only starts when Im going 75mph or more and once it starts happening, when I push pretty hard on the breaks, I feel it hard under my foot and the sound gets so loud when I break and I feel it so hard it seems like the back end of my truck is gonna fall apart. I love my truck, it only has 131,000 miles. Theres so much life left but I dont want to put anymore money in it if I cant figure out what this sound is. I have no sounds from my radio unless I wiggle the fuse under the hood the the Amp

It acts like you don’t wanna shift or it doesn’t have the power to allow the car to even go above 45 miles an hour idles fine. It sounds fine until you try to accelerate change the throttle positioning center.

My husband changed the transmission. We got to drive it for an hour or so. Well that night my horn started going crazy. It would honk then go off then again but it sounded like someone was laying on the horn this time. Well I went out there and nobody is near or in the truck. We go to leave the a few hours later and now the truck isn't wanting to start. Please help...

Puts out all different kinds of codes one day and nothing the next day. 327 and 332 stay on because I have to replace the knock sensors. Again! New problem. Starred cutting out while driving, like it's running out of gas.

My alternator worked great until it didn't. It gradually made a noise that sounded like a power steering pump that was empty. And it. Was putting out just over 12V. So I decided to replace it. A trip to O'Reilly's for a refurbished one. I swap it out and it's louder than the old one. But it's putting out around 16V. When I crank my truck my radio is on but I hear no noise coming out the speakers

Remote start won’t work says I have a code (b3006 symptom 1 and 4) basically the circuit is NOT closing for the hood latch I replaced it it still won’t work this is also causing the vehicle not to sound the horn when being locked anyone have a idea

All gears work no grinding all 4 whl drive works have codes for shift timing solenoid and TCC solenoid Enhanced and knock sensor bank 2 is it worth changing the 2 noids and fixing leak or is the trans toast it was rebuilt 5 yrs ago 80 thousand on rebuild bought this way it was delivered now I know why has great motor very fast any thoughts

The Manuel said to wiggle the steering wheel while turning the key hard. It's just gotten to the point that it doesn't matter what you do the key will not turn. Advice please. Grandma has to get it moving I have 4 grandkids to support and get around. Someone said a toggle switch would get it going but sounds dubious to me.

Someone's tried to steal my pickup therefore knocking out the tumbler in the key where the key goes is there any way to disable the theft

When backing out of my driveway into the street, and turning the wheel right or left, a clunking noise from different suspension can be heard. Any idea what might be causing this? It sounds like it may be a spring or maybe a shock that isn’t properly anchored. I haven’t noticed this when driving only as a back out of the driveway and the car drops about 2 inches from the driveway to the street level and it only occurs when the wheels turned. I put a new battery in this truck about a week ago. Then a few days ago I ended up getting ahold of some bad fuel which had me stalled out in front of my house barely making it back from the store. So long story short... when getting fresh gas In the tank I figured I outta go ahead and change the plugs since I had them anyway plus the bad fuel issue figured it wouldn't be a bad idea. Then that lead to 5 out 8 broken spark plug wires which took another 2 days to be delivered. I tried moving the blade and it just makes it clicking noise it's a Fisher plow easy minute mount to plug. Should I jump fit from my battery on the truck to the plow?

I’m trying to start my car, but it won’t start. I hear a clicking sound

My truck randomly started showing a “service 4WD” and it drives like it’s on 4 high, I can barely turn. My 4x4 knob doesn’t do anything when I turn it. I had it on AWD last so that’s where the light stays but it doesn’t do anything when I turn it. (I took the #6 fuse off which makes the truck drive normal just shuts off stabilitrak, etc and of course any 4x4 option)
I’ve tried the tricks with fuse #6, I took off the transfer case motor which made a clunk noise when I took it off and I thought I was good but nothing changed. I’ve tried almost everything. What can be the issue and solution? I’m planning on getting a new transfer case control module and changing all the fluids. Any recommendations or thoughts are appreciated, thanks

I have done two transmission swaps converter is set correct everything is plugged in linkage is good you can hear it shift freely thru the gears but doesn’t move so before this issues happened that I had to swap transmission apparently the downshift solenoid connector under the filter either got hit on install or didn’t snap down the whole way and came off from the pressure I was stuck on the interstate on a dangerous bridge so I sling shot the truck off the highway meaning went really really fast throttle high dropped down to neutral till I was going too slow than repeat like a sling shot lol… Read complete

I turned my brights on and at that same time my collision alert alarmed and half the radio sound went out. I now have half the sound and its very static.

Just replaced the ignition coil but now the idle control system is showing up on the scanner. And the battery dies over night and the parking lights fuse is buzzing. The truck is running real bad and has no take off power what is going on?

I noticed that my CD player /Radio was getting very warm , The dash above it was quite warm to the touch. Also I could hear a humming sound coming from the unit. It would not accept a cd into the unit & seemed to be running the CD eject motor all the time trying to eject a CD that wasn't even in there. I believe because this motor was running all the time, even when the truck was turned off and radio off, That it was generating the heat & noise. I pulled the fuse for the radio/CD under the hood to ensure that this issue didn't run my battery down. Any ideas on what causes this and a resolution?

My truck had been sitting for abt a year, due to suspension. New fluids, battery, spark plugs, pullies(2), flywheel, starter...general overhaul. Lol. When i start it it has this extremely loud knock, but it's not like metal hitting, and a squeal from hell!! Could it b timing?
