I had the same problem on my 97 Tahoe change your motor it’s probably getting stuck

My wipers don't stop unless I take out the fuse. Then have to put it back in when it rains lol

I would check the wiring or do a wiggle test make sure nothing is lose

I push the rear window to ckean it the pump works but the fluid leaks on the ground
Getting power to rear ac fuse radio radio amp rear wiper a/c compresso
Chevrolet Tahoe 2004 Suv 5.3 flex fuel 265000 miles
When the key is off and out of the truck I'm getting power to those fuses a few more and fuel pump relay
