RAM 1500 2022 Bighorn 3.6l 108132 miles

Cylinder 4 misfire OBD code P0304. Rough idle poor fuel economy and runs like crap.
Would it be coil pack? Spark plug?

Had the same issue, turns out after doing a tune out that the cam shafts is bad resulting in the misfire. Turns out this is common in rams due to the fuel conservation (eco mode) while on the interstate where 4 cylinders shut down automatically to conserve fuel. Apparently over time, it wears the cams down and develops a misfire. Very expensive fix.
