Problem locating Horn Relay

Ford Mustang 2013 Convertible/5.0/Auto/GT 97000 miles
The troubleshooter on this site and many others that I have viewed, all mention that the Horn Relay could be the problem when the horn fails to function. I can only identify a 20Amp fuse for the horn but NO relay. Am I missing something obvious?

Hello. I ended up scraping the plug connectors with a very small file as the metal pins were corroded. Been working fine ever since. Hope this helps!

I noticed my car didn’t have a horn so I bought one I looked around and saw no plug to connect into it. I’m thinking it was cut. Where should I start looking to splice in a new connector for it?
