I can not locate a fuse or relay for front left low beam light, has anyone encounter this problem ?

I have not heard back yet from anyone to help me out
I have not found a solution to my left low beam problem no fuse found no relay found either
Now I lost both low beams, there is 12v reference voltage at the bulb which I guess is for sensor purposes….im stumped?

Same on my 2014 fusion. Checked fuses recommended to check. Replaced headlight switch, still no. Any suggestions?
