Not working changed the fuse and wiper motors still nothing

Visited 3 ford dealerships with problem, replaced wipers 3 times, cleaned windscreen with various solutions. Problem still not resolved

My windshield wipers won’t turn off until like 30 minutes pass. They go full speed even with the wiper dial off. It’s driving me crazy.

Need to know where the fuse is

When the light switch is set to low beam and I remove the key from the ignition, the windshield wipers start moving on their own. As soon as I insert the key back and turn it to the "auto" position, the wipers stop.
It seems like there’s an electrical fault, possibly related to the ignition switch, relays, or a grounding issue.

Front electric windows stopped working, door mirrors not working, rear screen wash & wiper not working, front screen washer not working?? Is this a fuse??

The car wouldn't start. So we used a jumper. When we connected the positive the starter would turn on with no key in the ignition.. we found the problem was the two terminals on the starter had touched.. (problem fixed) but now turning the key does nothing but make the "forgot key" alarm sound while the door is open. The cigarette lighter works the headlights work the mirrors work. But the gauges, windshield wipers, radio, and ignition don't work.. we have checked all the fuses both by taking them out and using a multimeter. No fuses are blown and they are getting power... the battery was replaced in all of this and the old battery is still good and holds a charge..

I’ve got a bit of a strange issue going on with my car. It’s a ford focus 05. Whilst driving the handbrake light came on, then I noticed the electric windows and indicators weren’t working. The rear windscreen wiper kept turning itself on. The windows now seem to have come back on, and the indicators are now barely flashing but they’re not showing on the dash. The electric locking system is now also not working.

Does anyone have any ideas with what’s going on here?

All rear lights stopped working all 4 windows quit working and front windows are stuck down all air stopped working and the windshield wipers quit working and all happened at the same time and the radio goes in and out
Before all this the headlights would go dim and then normal when using the key fiber to lock or unlock the car the locks would lock and unlock repeatedly really fast and its done it with 3 different key fobs help please

No headlights, power window ,no heater or ac ,wipers, we change battery and bought relays and battery cables
