If there is a small gap or sometimes even a scratch in the defroster grid on the inside of the rear window, it will not work

My thermal camera is showing the rear windows 30amp fuse is hot. Truck is cold and asleep. I have a parasitic power drain on battery. Wondering if this could be it and what’s causing it?

I disconnect all associated fuses and relay and it remains hot. Makes no sense! Does it have some sort of capacitor function that it would remain hot?

Parked truck 10 days ago went to use it and it would not unlock no lights came on when I used key fob changed batt in fob still nothing tried spare key nothing. Put key in door and it will not unlock door looked thru back glass and do not see red dash lite blinking why will door not unlock 2014 f150 stx 4/4
