Windshield wiper problem

Ford Escape 2017  190000 miles
I tried using my windshield wipers but they didn’t activate I thought it was a fuse but after replacing them I still couldn’t get them to work any tips?

Windshield wipers don’t work, can’t even hear motor

Ford Escape 2015 Hatchback 240000 miles
Took it to the shop for an unrelated issue. Got it back with them completely not working and then “unable to find the issue” finally I just went and bought new motors myself and they still don’t work, you can’t hear them or anything even with new motors but my back ones work.

Wiper motor stopped working after battery removal and wiper replacemen

Ford Escape 2016 SE, 1.6L EcoBoost,  106000 miles
After I replaced the battery I had to replace the removed plastic shelf or water catcher over the battery, under the wipers and remove the wipers off the splines. It worked for a moment and were in slightly incorrect positions. When I tried to take off, readjust them and put them back on, they stopped working and wiping.

Dashboard

Ford Escape 2002  120000 miles
As it was a rainy season, I was driving with the frost on when suddenly the dashboard went crazy: both the abs and handbrake lights turned on, the air conditioning and windscreen wipers worked faster, and even the needles started moving from one side to the other. But still there was no engine failure.

My 2001 Ford Escape 3lt V6 was working fine with no problems then all the dash lights went out - I have checker all the fuses and they are OK - my radio, interior and tail lights all work OK. Do you have any idea what may have caused this?
