My Daewoo Matiz vehicle ignition starter was dead i bought a new one the whole lock set they did coding and checked computer box everything is perfect we put everything in my car but it start and cut off the accelerator ref still not working please help me i went to different mechanics and locksmith we are not winning?

Hello, everyone. My vehicle suddenly stalled when driving. When turning the ignition key again, the starter spined but no explosion was heard. I really do not know what might be wrong and have no idea of the engine parts. If anyone could give me a helping hand, I would be really thankful. An engine diagram would be very useful as well. Thank you!
