No air conditioning, blower does not work

My car overheats, I change the thermostat, flushed the radiator. And it will be fine for like 3 months and then it does if again. Recently it added a new issue my heater quit my a/c don't work and my windows suddenly quit. I put a new switch I've the window and changed the fuse nothing. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
