Ac doesn’t turn on, no Freon leak, has enough, have bypassed low pressure switch on accumulator, no high pressure switch located-(have checked around condenser and high side lines-this is a dual cooling unit. No codes, ac switch does light up when turned on and both blowers are working-could the three cooling fan relays have anything to do with activating the compressor? I did notice that the cooling fan motors do not speed up when turning on ac, and also engine temperature is running right where it should be, at 210 degrees, never overheats
Took it to get diagnosed and dealerships response was it happened at the perfect time since it happened while an updated was occurring! 🤦♀️tell me how is this perfect timing?
Dash lights radio engine died going down road...starter turns motor over but want start. Ignition fuse good fuel pump fuse and relay good. Has fuel in the tank. Sun roof want close and both doors windows want work .04 suburban 1500 250,000 miles
Prior to replacing the radio I had to remove the radio fuse so my battery wouldn’t be dead daily. After replacing my radio, my suburban seemed to start with no issues and could sit a couple days and start fine. But after letting it sit 6 days I found the battery dead once again when trying to unlock and start . I replaced the battery 3 yrs ago. Are there other things connected to the radio fuse? No aftermarket parts on this vehicle have been added outside the radio . Any help would be great
Front ac stopped first, then the back. Had it charged back up, still nothing. Tried glow freon w/blacklight, no leak. Tried leak stop and more freon, nothing.
Taken it to 4 diff shops and no solutions, each charging over 7 to 8 hundred each time. Been 2 summers now with no ac.
Upon attempting to start the car, the dash goes dark, momentarily, and when the power comes back, all the Settings ( clock, date, radio presets are gone).
Check battery first, may want to take to auto parts store who does free checks. Make sure to do a load check in battery. If thats good check connections to battery. Check good ground to car frame and engine block ( follow the black cable from battery to have good connection to other end ). Some cables may have damage or gunk on it can couse bad connection. Try that hope it helps.
The AC Compressor went out and we replaced it. Ever since then the temperature and zone controls do not respond on the front control. The fan speed works, the buttons all work, but no zone or temperature adjustment. The rear control works fine. I have tried replacing the control unit in the dash and the blend door and zone actuators. I have no codes, SnapOn scanner does not show any faults, but forcing the actuator positions through the scanner does not work either.
My rear wiper blade, plate light, and driver brake light is out. But the turn signal that uses the same light bulb lights it up. Is it a fuse or wiring?
My stock radio seems to work fine one moment and once I stop at a store or work and get back in the car it doesn't put out any sound. It turns on just fine and I can change stations everything LOOKS normal only there is no sound! no amount of turning the ignition on and off does this but then it randomly will start working while driving or at the next startup - or not for several days. I have not made a connection to specific weather conditions but it might be working less often in cold months than summer
I need to see the under side where wires go because 3 orange wires broke off and not one no radio power, and only the oil pressure gauge and volt gauge work on cluster
My 2007 Suburban was dropping voltage down to 12.3 sometimes. Replaced the alternator and now it’s at 14v all the time except if I turn on the a/c and or the headlight it will drop dow to 12.3z
We had to replace our battery. After installing a new one our radio keeps a lost wifi connection screen. We don’t know how to get it off. I’ve tried things in the owners manual, YouTube and nothing is working. Thanks!
