Car turns over but won't start replaced the starter yesterday and everything was working again and this morning it started doing it again can't figure it out

My 2003 Impala crank turns just great but it won't start replaced the starter & it's not a passlock problem any help would be great

Crank relay fuse in upper fuse box to right is crank n starter, n driver side PCM is another one

All fuses and relays are good in fact swapped out for new ones. Replaced crank position sensor and feul filter. Getting spark and getting feul to the injectors. I have found 6 fuses in the lower fuse box under the hood that when checking continuity failed even with new fuses. Tested wires from the back to those locations and tested fine. Tested the sockets the fuses go into, those tested fine even tested the fuses themselves they even tested fine. But put the fuses in the sockets, and for some reason fail continuity. Really confused

Had a new ignition put in and new key. Now it won't turn over . Now if I bypass the relay it'll turn over but won't start . But security light is on and can't get it to stay off

Did u ever find a solution im having exact problem accept I had a key guy program the key so anti theft is off
No can't find but a estimated guess from anyone

I was told to put the key on the acc position for 10 min. After 10 min turn key to off position for 5 seconds. Do it 3 times and your anti theft system light will go off.

How long till I hear back I am missing work over this
Mine cranks very well but won't start changed starter yesterday and had no problems All day but this morning right back to crank no start I'm desperate please someone help. I have nobody to help me and can't miss work
