Parked car overnight started fine put it into gear will not engage in any gear put into manual 1st shift to 2nd shift to 3rd says shift denied car will not move

transmission needs rebuild there's a valve in the valve body that's stuck on it will burn up the transmission if it haven't already

I bought this vehicle it ran for about an hour and a half running good running strong then it turned off on me could not get it to start check the fuel pump fuel pump is working change the fuel filter on the off chance check the coil packs no spark I change the camshaft sensor and the cranks sensor and the coil packs still no spark frustrated and ready to give up
