Headlights will not turn on. All other lights are working. Drl and highs

License plate lights wont turn on with headlights

Results for 2016 Chevy Colorado z71 4x4. Headlight (pass) went out. Changed bulb and won't work with new bulb neither. Then drivers side tail light, then fog lights, the washer fluid won't spray, passenger blinker is now going out. Also, the running light at the top of the back of the truck.
What could that be

I replace the bulb and that didn’t fix it. I tried looking for the fuse cannot find it finally tapped on the side and it started working now it’s not working anymore
