I hear a screeching like brakes are bad but it's not constant and it only happens after driving for a bit or when braking slowly

I hear a screeching like brakes are bad but it's not constant and it only happens after driving for a bit or when braking slowly

RPM/Speedometer Cluster gauges rattle a little at startup, but all gauges won't work, light do illuminate, what can be done here to pin poin problem?

Last night I get in my car and notice that the brakes are rough….car won’t start and my trunk is opening making a clicking sound and when I lock the doors I push the button twice from the remote and don’t hear the horn go off like I usually does…..
