At very low speed or no speed as you begin to apply gas and attempt to turn either direction you get a jolting jerking feel coming from what seem like the front end. Does not happen any longer once you are rolling above 15mph or so. Just happens with steering wheel turning in either direction from low speed or beginning with no speed. The more the steering wheel is turned in either direction the more jerking action you feel. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Water pump and thermostat functioning properly. No leaking coolant. Mechanic replaced coolant only and the car stops overheating. Is this normal on these vehicles? I am hesitant to drive it long distances.
