Turbo not working right, and not giving much boost

Volvo C30 2010 1.6 d 71000 miles
I’ve had the turbo replaced and it worked right for about 100 miles. It’s not giving me much boost if any until I hit 2500 revs(this makes me think it’s not a split pipe) I think it’s going to be a sensor or something simple but not sure what.

Reduced Engine performance

Volvo C30 2011 Automatic 2.4 153000 miles
The message board indicated 'reduced engine performance'. My Cruise control will not work and neither does the turbo. Press on the gas and it slowly moves to higher speed.

It's a cleaning issue related to the fuel and the glow plugs. My mechanic removed the glow plugs and cleaned the tube. On glow plug broke, so be careful. I have a 2008 Volvo C30. That's the solution that worked out for me.
