Theirs a noise coming from the left wheel every time I make a full left turn the noise starts it only makes noise when it's a full swing

I accidentally touched the alternator connection with a metal screwdriver, and there was a spark after contact. After that, when I start the car dashboard lights are stayed on, steering wheel locked and can’t shift gear. Please help. Thank you
