My 2006 Tacoma has been down for a couple months due to needing a new battery and terminals. I replaced the battery and terminal (positive) today. Now it will turn over once and then just shut everything down (like it's a dead battery). Could this be a fuse or relay? The battery is fully charged and the terminals are tightly connected.

The battery light comes on intermittently. The Alternator is putting out 13.8V Batter is 12.7 Volts. Battery terminals have been cleaned!

Make sure the ground is properly installed to body,chasis, or block.

Yes, I replaced the battery on the key fob. Went to get a replacement and found out that the "alarm" system would not communicate with thier computer. Anyone know where the fuse for the antitheft system is?

The keyless entry function on my 2016 Tacoma is not working. I changed the batteries on both fobs and I am still able to open the doors and start the vehicle. I also noticed the interior lights do not come on when approaching the vehicle, even with fob in close proximity.
