Stalling on idle and sometimes shutting off when put on neutral moving

My etios has a low idling and some stalling but when driving everything is fine. When I press the clutch and let the car rev go to idle, it shuts off. I've done tje service, change the fuel pump amd filter, checked the battery. I need to know the exact location of the idle air control valve.

High sound while on gear 5 on 140km speed
Toyota Etios 2017 Hatchback 110000 miles
When on high speed like 140KM using gear 5. When i clutch and release to accelerate immediately, the car sound will be high for like 1 second like i am using gear 3 on high speed. I have cleaned all the sensors and throttle body but still not stopping.
