I can crank it but it won't start. I then cycle the key multiple times and then it will start right up. It's showing the fuel icon when it should show the preheat icon on the panel. When it finally shows the preheat icon it will start most of the time. It's also showing the engine icon while running. I've replaced the fuel filter with Mopar and also changed the crank case filter. I purchased this with 72800 miles and the dealer said it had been gone through and all filters changed! I finally went into the fuse box after watching a you tube vid and they said to first check the fuel pump relay before replacing the fuel pump because it could be getting a bad contact or is going bad. It checked and sure enough it wasn't completely inserted. I've not been in there in quite some time so the only thing I could think is that I hit a bump and it popped half out? I pushed it clear in and turned on the ignition and immediately heard the fuel pump kick in! I started it up and it started immediately. No hesitation! I was having a battery drain off and couldn't understand that because they were both brand new 950 amp batteries. I'm going to check it again after a day or 2 to see if I still have the power drain. If so I will replace the relay. And go on from there til it's all good.
