Rolled the drivers window down and it won’t roll back up

Loud thrumming sound coincides with speed and braking, no lights or warnings on dash, no codes with reader

I just changed my engine and started it on and off it and when I tried to start again it's just turning over without starting and they was no power supply to the ignition coils

This issue has happened a couple of times. When playing the radio, the rear speakers suddenly stop producing sound. It will remain this way until I shut off the vehicle. Come back out the next morning…
