That warning light usually indicates a safety issue. I’ve had the airbag light on for a while; I took the car to the mechanic, and he fixed the steering wheel airbag's second stage, which was faulty. Now, after several months, the light has come back on. I’ve heard it could also be a problem with the seatbelts.
