Its not the steering columb its underneath car prnd21 lever connector

I have a low crank no start situation by dash lights are on but when I turn the key nothing but I can jump the relay in the starter turns fine I even replaced the starter change the ground and checked all the fuses still nothing not even in neutral and I also change the safety neutral switch

I cleaned the engine bay with a rag and some water, now it’s had a random flashing and solid check engine light that’s never been on before

Maybe disconnected something. Check all wire connectors.

Not all og my instrument lights are out.
Just the critical green instrument cluster and my fuel gauge is not working now too. Also my Speedometer is not functional now too
