Speedometer not working properly

The speedometer is not working when I start the car and the steering wheel is so loose but when I drive it little bit the steering wheel warring lights come up and it becomes so stiff, after a while driving everything works good and the steering wheel warring lights gone.

Correct the issue that caused the warning light to turn on, such as checking the tire pressure or fixing the power steering system.
Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position without starting the engine.
Locate the "TPMS" reset button, which is typically located in the driver's side footwell or under the steering wheel.
Hold down the "TPMS" reset button for 10 to 20 seconds until the warning light goes out.
Turn the ignition switch to the "OFF" position.
Start the engine and verify that the warning lights are no longer displayed.
