My 1999 Crv lx dashboard clock is not working after replacing it with a new one from eBay..plz help me to understand which fuse box is for my Crv ..Tysm Sam

Dashboard not showing any details showing

The left arrow turn signal on my dashboard doesn't display when signaling left. The right arrow displays just fine. The exterior left and right turn signal lights all work fine. Wondering if it's a fuse, but not sure which to check first.
