GMC Yukon 2011 5.3 V8 Flex 153800 miles
Truck will start first thing in am. Will not start after I turn it off. Turn key slow to crank as if a dead battery. Two batteries installed both testing good according to Chevy dealer. I did receive a code p1682 initiated starter switch. I'm not sure, code is gone, ordered a starter. Will check the relays and grounds

I traced everything back through out the ground system and comes to find out it was a loose wire...(Ground wire) So make sure you check all fuses and wires first before you go buying big parts...

We have a 2018 GMC Yukon XL...same issue. Changed out starter, not the issue. Battery is still good. Will check fuse tomorrow & see if it fixes the issue. Let's hope.
Anyone figure out the answer to this issue ? I’m currently dealing with this same problem

I had the same problem and after watching a few YouTube videos I was told to unplug a module underneath the truck directly under the driver seat I did that and the truck started got me home but even with it unplugged a day or so later it wouldn't start again I went to bed woke back up a few hours later came back out and started and has been starting since with the module unplugged.

While driving and stop at a red light the vehicle will just shut off every now and then. So we went out of town it drove just fine but on the way home driving down the freeway it just shut off.
New starter, battery and changed many other parts. Had to tow it home and now the lights will come on but won't start up.

Same issue with mine. It died. We towed it home, thought it was the starter so we put a new one. Worked for 3 days then quit. Can't figure out whats wrong with it.
