Trans. Isio. Is slipping as soon as it goes into 3rd gear

It goes in the first second and when it starts going into the third it starts slipping and the motor revs that goes over RPMs the RPMs go up higher then what they should

It starts to slip going into 2 and gear I have to acccellerate at high rpm then let up and it shifts hard into 3rd and then I'm fine on the hwy as long as there is not to much traffic but in city that's the problem stop and go it sounds like I'm over revinfg when I city.

Whenever I put the car in reverse nothing shows up on my rear view mirror for the backup camera. If it helps the backup sensors do not work as well

When I drive bit extra transmission heat 70 and up the Yukon start acting up I couldn't figure it out after putting the car on scanner
