My radio turns on and plays but the knobs on the dash don’t work and the steering wheel controls do. Also climate control is completely inoperative

Don't know how to check the cruise control problem, ac compressor is broken, radio won't work and I've check the two fuses i know of and my back right window won't roll up when I use my driver's side control panel, I can roll it down though.

Power windows stopped working all windows. Seems like no power at windows, radio, clock, or interior lights. 30A circuit breaker is ok, - not the problem. I can't find any other fuses controlling the circuit

When mine did that it turned out to be my instrument cluster was faulty. They have a tendency to wear out.

Turned out to be fuse afterall. Easy, Once I got an accurate fuse box directory...- Still, some interior lights don't work, raised brake light works on accessory delay, and trailer brake controller panel errors intermittently. Gotta love ~20 yr old 12v systems,...
My instrument panel goes blank and then comes back on. Truck runs great but no instruments work. Ideas? Thanks

The display works perfectly normal except I can’t select the audio/ media menu, and when I press the button to turn on the radio nothing happens, it doesn’t work for calling either

I have a 2021 F350 crew cab dually with the same issue.
Not yet...I am using a plug in blue tooth speaker right now until I can get it in and get the module replaced. I have tried every other "fix" and nothing worked.
2015 F350. I even installed a newer up to date from sync2 to sync 3 radio. Sound still inoperable.

I ended up having the display control module replaced after I tried forcing an update with no success, now it works great, when I had the module replaced, the dealership said they also saw some corrosion on a short harness between that controller and another controller, so maybe that had something to do with it
I replaced my audio control module and still can not get any audio sound. I’m getting a error code audio enable line short to ground , Any advice on where I should start would be appreciated
I would start with the harness right behind where your radio controls are, probably a pinched wire or something similar

Multiple module faults. Trailer Brake Control Fault, advancTrac fault, Hill decent Assist fault, 911 assist offline. Airbag light. CD player continuously trying to eject a cd that isn't there.
Found no power to the fuses related to the Restraint Control Module and no power to the fuse related to the Trailer Brake Control. Codes showing no communication to RCM. I clear the codes and the Trailer Brake Control code comes right back and the no communication with RCM comes back. Disconnected battery. Etc.
Starting to think the Smart Junction Box (SBJ) has an issue. Trying to figure out how to confirm this.

My car has almost the same faults; it usually spends more time in the shop than on the road. I haven’t been able to find a definitive solution, and I hope to find a real fix for so many issues it keeps having. Friend, I’d love it if someone could help me.

I removed the SJB (smart junction box)
Or as I always call it. The interior fuse panel. I removed it. Took it apart. And found white corrosion inside on the circuit boards. According to chat gpt this is caused by leftover flux ftom when the soldering was done plus moisture. I cleaned it with qtips and rubbing alcohol. Put it back together. Hooked up the battery and drove it all weekend all over the place. All of the faults went away and i have power at those fuses in thst box. The cd player is still freaking out but that must be a separate issue.

My 2014 has issues like yours as well...thank you for the info! My CD goes into ghost mode as well. I go to blue tooth or radio, the CD will usually stop activating soon after.

My driver window won’t roll down, the ac won’t work nor the radio controls when the engine is running. All of it works when the engine is off but the key is on.

Check the actual ignition switch. Might have a problem with internal contacts

I found this video while searching for an issue with my truck. It talks about the same issue you are having. It was a bad internal relay at the SJB (smart junction box) basically the interior fuse panel. They show how to get around not buying a new SJB. I hope this helps

I’m having a similar issue. Shortly after buying my 13 f350 the running lights would not turn off, headlights and everything else worked fine. I replaced the headlight switch, now the headlights don’t work and the running lights still stay on. Put the old switch in, still no headlights. Running lights still on. Really hoping to fix this without paying ford the $1,200 for a new BCM that may or may not fix the issue.

It's your instrument cluster. Mine did the same thing. Needs to be replaced or find someone who can fix the soldering.
