My fuse goi g tp the pcm keeps nreaking

Speed odometer tach doesn’t work the battery light is on and there’s no communication from the pcm to the obm2

I changed the relay and it keeps blowing. Why?

When my truck is parked, it drains the battery. Have taken to ford and had checked and tested. They said it was the PCM. I have had the PCM replaced and programmed. Still having the same issue. Have just put in the second new battery. Truck still has a faint humming noise coming from the engine compartment and draining the battery. If I pull the #53 relay and put right back in it shuts off whatever is not shutting down. I put a maintainer on it over night.

I parked my truck A/C was working fine. Next morning started it up no A/C. After I did some troubleshooting the determination is fuse 30 (A/C clutch power10 A) in the power distribution box is good. I dig up some wiring diagrams and start through it. The load side of fuse 30 should have a internal (in the power distribution box) jumper to pin 3 (switch leg) on relay # 23 (fan clutch relay). I start it up, turn A/C on, I pull relay 23, check pin 3 nothing there. I go ahead and run thru the rest of the circuits. Cannot get truck to accelerate smoothly. When I apply throttle it hesitates and stumbles. I tested mass air flow harness and I get 6.1 volts at PCM wire.

Put key in ignition and have power for dash etc but when try to start nothing happens.No crank at all. Starting system fault shows up,as well as advanced trac, brake system and oil change warning. The latter codes randomly showed up one day when driving. The starting system fault appeared when just sitting , not running, while trying to charge old battery. The battery said full and I tried starting it and fault appeared. Both factory keys/ fob do the same. I have a new battery ( did it on old battery too) I have tried disconnecting/ reconnecting battery. Have checked the fuses interior and in power distribution box as well as the ignition relay. Have made sure the connection in the inside fuse box is good. I have run out of things to check. Could it be pcm relay?

I cannot see any gauges or the radio does not have illumination , my A/C does not trust on the compressor when I select cooling. I checked fuse F29 by the passenger side and checked the PCM fuses inside the engine compartment. I need to find a schematic to troubleshoot. I can’t find one.

Fuel pump relay not pulling in if I jump it out fuel pumps will run, if I spray gasoline into intake engine runs fine seems like I'm not getting any injector pulse what part would give the PCM the input to allow injector pulse any help appreciated thank you

Check to fuel pump it's good change the crankshaft sensor I've checked the relays they are fine check inertia switch switch and reset it could the PCM wiring harness have issues where it clips into the computer itself

My trucks telling me that that it doesn't recognize the transponder key and the transceiver is not receiving signal I've checked all my fuses I've checked the PCM I've got power to everything but it just will not turn over I'm lost and have no idea what to do I even checked my relays in my fuses and all the relays and fuses are good I'm lost before it stopped running transponder key transceiver has all that stuff worked fine now it doesn't not sure what the problem is

Hello I have a 07 f150 that died out at the light and would not restart. Replaced battery which was 9 years old and done for. I have checked fuel which I’m getting it is reading at range on scanner. Crankshaft, cam sensors are good. Ignition module is good, I checked fuses believe all the ones I needed. Swapped pcm fuse with another. I I have no spark to any cylinder. Starting fluid did nothing as well. Will crank but not start.

Ok have a 2012 Ford F150 XLT brake lights and turn signals do not come on. I have replaced the turn signal relays, the multifunction switch, the brake pedal switch, several fuses that were not. My truck looses all power after driving for 30 mins the injector pulse goes missing in at least 4 cilinders the truck still starts but it has literally no power i took the pcm to the shop to check for inj pulse but they said it was working properly any ideas?

While driving at various speeds, truck stalls occasionally. Rough idle and loss of power as well. I have replaced-fuel pump and control module, plugs and COPs, cam and crank sensor, sent pcm out for testing(good), and pcv valve and tube, cleaned throttle body, had cats looked at(good). Sometimes it happens daily, sometimes I can drive it for a month. I’m ready to scrap it! Advice please.

Pcm communication but no injector pulse, or fire to the plugs

Unplug each fuel injector on driver side and there’s no difference in the way it’s running. Ran for 5 minutes get under and the exhaust is warm but not like the passenger side. I could touch the driver side without a burn on my hand. Not thinking about touching the passenger side. So that’s telling me there is no fuel to that fuel rail... the fuel comes in on the driver side and loops around to the passanger… so is this a ecu issue not telling the fuel injectors to fire? Or am I missing something here? I keep seeing online it could possibly be the cam phasers but I think the fuel would still be sprayed out the injector and at least burn in the exhaust and heat up the exhaust pipe, right? It started out of nowhere as a cylinder 5 missfire, then 5 snd 7. And now 5,6,7,8…

I have a 2000 ford f150 4.6. It cranks but no start. I’ve replaced the crank sensor, cam sensor, pcm programmed to my truck and had key programmed to it. Won’t even start with starting fluid. Theft light is no on. No check engine light.

Anti theft light is flashing fast after pcm fuse replacement , i have the programmed key

P0605 code comes on intermittently. Scanner communicates with the PCM which, according to my reading, suggests the unit is good. A second scanner also shows the code $07E8 along with the P0605.
Can anyone narrow down what might be causing this? And a solution?

Hello, 2018 with 2.7 and 10 speed tranny. Vehicle auto shut off occurs when driving. It's inconstant and when it happens at high speeds or any speed is scary

I've checked with OBDII no codes
Disconnected wiring harness for auto stop (no change)
Check battery good voltage and amps
Replaced PCV tube and sensor
The vehicle is now at Ford dealer to update PCM.

I've looked for recalls in USA & Canada nothing showing.

Has anyone out there experienced this problem and rectified this fault. Just had PCM updated at Ford dealer yesterday and was advised it might fix problem. Less than 24 hours driving home at 40 mph and engine shuts down.

I was going down the road and it just cuts off like someone pulled a plug l pulled over tried to crank it was like it was out of gas so I called mechanic he say checked fuse I did it was blowed I put another one in there and it blowed so I called him back he said it was the PCM and wiring help I need my truck back

Ok my dad was driving and he said everything just shut off on him. I changed out the alternator, battery, starter, starter relay, and PCM relay. Fuel pump I can hear, I can turn the crankshaft by hand. I checked all fuses and other relays some fuses ain't getting any power to it. Could it be the PCM? I don't wanna change that out a second opinion. Someone anyone please help.

I'm getting fire both sides of the fuse this is the injector fuse PCM with no fuse in it I think it's only supposed to have one side hot

My 2010 ford f150 had a throttle body sensor and a mass air sensor replaced n now the ecu reset but i go to drive it and soon i give it gas it falls on its face only drives as idel speed

Replaced throttle position sensor and reset the pcm truck no running soon i give it gas the check engine light and wrench light comes on truck runs bad

Both lights go back and forth from wrench light to traction control light. Sputtering real bad. I can clear the codes and for one second I can feel it try to speed up. When I'm driving and let off thr accelerator, it sounds like it's choking out sputtering even worse. I have replaced just about every sensor and module except thr PCM. Im guessing it's that cause MPG went from 14.6 to 8.3 MPG. And it's throwing ALL 67 codes. Duckdown125@gmail.com

Tps and throttle body test good. It's been in failsafe mode but now it won't allow the pcm to be reset. Eve put a new pcm in no change. Throws a ton of codes. Please help
