Blown interior light bulbs

I was changing out the interior lights above driver's seat when I blew a fuse. The controlled the interior lights and uh, power windows and I cannot find the fuse. That controls it

Ford Explorer 2003 XLT 99788 miles
Started having electrical problems after removing factory running boards. Found a broken body to frame ground on drivers side, replaced it, still nothing. Fuses check out, wiring in door jamb good, changed window master switch, still nothing. Changed headlight bulbs, still nothing. Also, keeps blowing fuse 20 inside, 5a, for drivers seat switch, bsm, sunload sensor. I believe it’s a ground issue as when taking the boards off I had to really use force due to rust. I fixed it myself! One wire separated in a bundle.

Was the switch on the tailgate not making contact.
