Engine light and Coolant light on

Ford Explorer 2016 2.3L L4 (H) 99H Turbocharged Gas Fl 165625 miles
The coolant light and engine light came on. We checked the coolant tank and changed the cap. We had it checked out at the AutoZone. The paper printed said it was the Radiator Fans. We have changed the Radiator fans, Thermostat, Temperature sensor also spark plugs got updated as well. It still saying the same thing.
