Keep blowing fuel pump fuse

Ford E-350 2008 5.7 250000 miles
My van was parked and someone rear-ended it at about 35mph. I was able to drive it fine for about 100 mi then the fuel guage went to E and wouldn't start. I noticed the fuel pump fuse was blown Replaced the fuse it started and ran for a 1/8 mi and smoke came out from under the dash and fuel went to E again and died. Fuse was blown again. Back up sensor wire harness was broken and shorted from being rear-ended, will fix that next but also my scanner showed ABS issues and fuel modulator off line and a number of other codes. I cant find a decent wiring diagram for the fuel modulator, fuel pump, from the fuse box, I'm thinking theres a short somewhere. Yes I checked the impact switch and reset it even though it didn't seem to be popped.

I pulled the fuel pump and found a loose wire to the sending unit I repaired it put it back together and repaired the backup sensor wires. I was able to start the van and it ran great I tried to restart it a few minutes later and it wouldn't start I am now not getting power to the fuel pump I've replaced the relay the fuse the fuel pump driver module and even put a jumper across the inertia switch still no power to the fuel pump when I have my scan tool activate the fuel pump. When I put 12 volts to the fuel pump directly I can hear it run.

Throttle position sensor

Ford E-350 1997 6.8 155000 miles
The tps is not resetting to the baseline of zero
Its at 20 percent at idle
Its at 20 percent koeo
Service engine soon light on
Took battery cables off twice
And cleared code with scan tool several times
Eventually service engine soon light stays off
I think the only thing i did to create this problem was i moved the butter fly on throttle body manually as i was working with a frayed throttle body acel cable before this baseline was zero checked on prior scan history

I guess the cable type throttle does not get reset option
The only thing i did to this is move the butterfly open and close a couple times
Before that ait was 0 percent throttle obd2 verified
This throttle body does have a idle screw adjust
I think if i backed it off my tps would default back to factory 0
Cant take the tps off the phillips head screws are tighter than warren buffet
Ar this point might take off throttle body and drill those screws out too replace tps sensor last resort
The service engine soon light tps code did go out and stay out
Some how playing with it enough
